Green and Blue

I went through a phase in my quilting journey where I was really into the quilting part of the quilt-making process.  

I was tired of just doing overall meander or basic quilting.  I really wanted to do something fun and creative and a bit more challenging.

I designed this blue and green quilt with the quilting pattern in mind.  I chose simple squares to show off this starburst quilting.  

It was so fun to use some fabrics that I've had in my stash from nearly the beginning of my designer quilt fabric obsession.

It's a simple quilt, but I love it!
